Do I need materials?

What if my photo isn't good enough?
We manually review every photo. If in doubt, we will email you with a suggestion or ask for a different photo. No extra costs.
Can I also upload a drawing or illustration?
Yes, you can. A digital file with sharp lines works best.
May I share or resell the pattern?
The pattern is intended for personal use. Reselling or redistributing is unfortunately not allowed.
Can I return the pattern?
As this is a digital and personalized product, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Is there something wrong with our work? Email us — we always resolve it.
