★★★★★ A fairytale winter village on Christmas Eve

An enchanting snow-covered village with illuminated houses, a quaint stone bridge over a frozen stream, a tall church steeple, and fir trees laden with fine snow. A lantern with a red bow casts a warm glow in the twilight winter evening, while the yellow lights from the windows evoke a heartwarming Christmas feeling — pure December magic.

Why choose this cross-stitch kit?

The soft winter colors — white, blue, peach, and creamy yellow hues — combine with the warm red and green accents of the Christmas decorations. With 22 yarn colors, you'll achieve great detail in the snowy rooftops, fir trees, and the glow from the windows. A challenging but rewarding project for embroiderers who love detail and Christmas.

Who is this embroidery kit for?

A beloved gift for anyone who loves Christmas, winter, and fairytale scenes. Give it as a Christmas gift, a Sinterklaas surprise, or as a gift for your grandparents. Or embroider it yourself starting in October as a Christmas project — a lovely way to get into the spirit of the Christmas season, and then hang it up year after year in December.

What's included in this cross-stitch kit?
  • Pre-printed 11CT embroidery canvas — symbols and color numbers are already on the canvas, so no counting is needed
  • 22 colors of premium eco-cotton thread (Huacan) — stronger and more colorfast than standard thread, less prone to breaking
  • Two gold-plated cross-stitch needles in a convenient protective case
  • Step-by-step instructions in Dutch, also suitable for beginners
  • Printed symbol chart for reference during embroidery
Which size is right for me?

The smallest size (20×30 cm) is a nice weekend project to complete in the run-up to Christmas. 40×50 cm (our most popular size) is ideal for framing in the living room or by the Christmas tree — perfect as seasonal decoration from late November to January. Larger sizes (from 60×80 cm) become a true Christmas masterpiece to hang centrally each year.

Please note: the physical kit comes in 30×40, 40×50, or 50×70 cm. Other sizes are provided as a digital pattern (PDF download).

Prefer just the pattern?

Then choose the digital PDF version (€14.95). You will receive the pattern via email within 24–48 hours — handy if you already have embroidery materials or want to create your own color scheme.

What's in the kit?

  • Aida fabric in your chosen size (30×40, 40×50 or 50×70 cm)
  • Embroidery floss, sorted by symbol (18–22 colors depending on the design)
  • Two embroidery needles
  • Printed pattern (A4 or A3)
  • Dutch step-by-step instructions

What do you get in your PDF?

  • PDF pattern with color symbols — clear grid with a unique symbol for each yarn color
  • DMC thread list — all necessary colors with number of skeins (purchase yourself at the craft store or online)
  • PNG preview image — so you know beforehand what the finished work will look like
  • Dutch step-by-step guide — from first stitch to finishing
  • Immediately in your inbox after payment, unlimited re-downloads
