Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. All kits come with Dutch step-by-step instructions. Designs with fewer colors (18) are particularly suitable for beginners.
What if something is missing from my kit?
Send us an email and we will send the missing item free of charge.

Yes, within 14 days of receipt — provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If damaged during shipping, we will always resolve it.
