Without written permission from Stitched, it is not permitted to:

  • Use Stitched designs, photos, patterns, and products for purposes other than personal use;
  • Reproduce, copy, duplicate, and/or publish the designs, photos, and patterns (publishing includes offering copies of our works for sale on platforms such as Marktplaats, art markets, or social media);
  • Give workshops or courses based on patterns designed and created by Stitched.

You can send us an email if you wish to use our patterns or designs. We will do our utmost to handle your request carefully.

Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;
  • Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession;
  • Day: calendar day;
  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
  • Entrepreneur: Stitched, based in the Netherlands;
  • Distance contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer as part of an organized system for distance selling of products.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Stitched and to every distance contract concluded between Stitched and the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer by placing an order and this is confirmed by Stitched via email.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

For standard products, the consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. The consumer can dissolve the agreement within this period without giving any reason.

Article 10 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications. This applies to all Custom Photo Embroidery Kits — these are custom-made based on your personal photo and cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

Article 11 – The price

All prices stated on the website are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise indicated).

Article 13 – Delivery and execution

Stitched will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders. Custom Photo Embroidery Kits are produced and shipped within 5–10 business days of order. Standard products are shipped within 1–2 business days.

Article 14 – Payment

Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered on the website.

Article 15 – Complaints procedure

Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Stitched within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the consumer has discovered the defects. Complaints submitted to Stitched will be answered within a period of 14 days from receipt.

Article 16 – Disputes

Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between Stitched and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate.
