What exactly is Stitched?
Stitched creates complete cross-stitch embroidery kits. You can buy ready-made patterns or have your own photo converted into a unique embroidery piece.

Do I need experience?
No. Our collection for beginners is designed for people who have never embroidered before. The instructions explain each stitch step-by-step.

Ordering your own photo

Which photos work best?
Sharp photos taken in daylight, with a plain background and the main subject clearly visible. High resolution (at least 1500×1500 px) gives the best result.

What if my photo isn't good enough?
We manually review every photo. If there's any doubt, we'll email you with a suggestion or ask for another photo. No extra costs.

Can I also upload a drawing or illustration?
Yes, you can. A digital file with sharp lines works best.

How long will it take to receive my kit?
We create the pattern within 7-14 business days. After that, we ship immediately.

Embroidering

How many hours will it take me to embroider?

• 30×40 cm: 15–20 hours
• 40×50 cm: 25–35 hours
• 50×70 cm: 40–60 hours

Ordering & shipping

From what amount is shipping free?
From €35 in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, worldwide shipping is possible. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Can I return my order?
Custom photo kits are personalized and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal. Standard kits can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
