Here's how it works

From order to framed artwork

No experience needed. No separate purchases. In three steps you'll have a complete kit in your hands — and at your own pace, you'll work towards something to be proud of.

  • 1. Choose your kit (or upload a photo)

Browse our collections or immediately convert your own photo into a pattern. Filter by level, theme, or size — everything is listed so you know what you're getting.

  • 2. We ship everything

Standard kits are dispatched within 1 business day. Custom photo kits are made-to-order in 5–7 business days. Aida fabric, sorted embroidery floss, needles, pattern, and Dutch instructions—all in one box.

  • 3. Embroider at your own pace

An hour in the evening, a whole Sunday, or in bursts. No time pressure, no subscription, no next step. The work waits until you want to continue.

What exactly is in a kit?

Each kit is complete—you won't need to buy anything extra except a pair of scissors.

  • Aida fabric in the correct size (Zweigart, 14 count)
  • Embroidery floss, pre-sorted by symbol for you—no tangled skeins
  • Two embroidery needles (the extra is for when the first one disappears—and it will)
  • Pattern with color chart and symbol legend
  • Dutch instructions with tips, how to fix mistakes, and finishing techniques

Want to convert your own photo? Here's how it works

You upload a photo, choose a size, and we do the rest:

  1. We manually review the photo and email you if we anticipate any contrast or detail issues.
  2. We convert it into an embroidery pattern with hundreds of color nuances.
  3. We select the exact threads and pack everything.
  4. 5–7 business days later, the kit is on your doorstep.

Frequently asked questions

How long until I get my kit?

Standard kits within 1–3 business days. Custom photo kits within 5–7 business days of ordering.

Can I stop in between?

Exactly. Embroidery isn't a project with a deadline. Put it away for months and pick it up again—nothing breaks, nothing expires.

What if I make a mistake?

No disaster. Most mistakes can be easily corrected (the manual explains how). For situations where you get stuck, you can always email us — often a photo and a short answer are enough to get you back on track.

Will the work then just be 'finished'?

Yes. And it’s a strange experience — making that last stitch and then just looking at what you’ve created for a few minutes. The guide ends with tips for framing or stretching the work so it can be displayed immediately.
