Delivery time Netherlands
Standard kits: 1–3 business days after order.
Custom photo kits: 5–7 business days production time, then 1 business day shipping.
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days are shipped the same day (PostNL).
Delivery time Belgium
Standard kits: 2–4 business days after order.
Custom-photo kits: 5–7 business days production + 2–4 business days shipping.
Shipping costs
Over €35: free shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Under €35: €4.95 (NL) or €6.95 (BE).
We also deliver further afield — you'll see the costs at checkout.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. Haven't heard anything after 3 business days? Check your spam folder and feel free to email info@stitchlystudio.com.
Return
Returns & Warranty
Return period
Standard kits can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and undamaged. The amount will be credited back to your account within 5 business days of receipt.
How do I return?
Mail info@stitchlystudio.com with your order number. You will receive a return label. Stick it on the original shipping box and take the package to a PostNL point.
DIY photo kits — non-returnable
DIY photo kits are custom-made and cannot be returned. Before production, we always manually check if the photo is suitable — if we have any doubts, we will email you before we start. This way, we prevent unpleasant surprises.
Received damaged?
Annoying – we'll fix that right away. Send a photo to info@stitchlystudio.com and we'll send you a replacement (or the missing part) the same day.
