Tips for the best photo

  • Use daylight or good lighting
  • Ensure a simple, uncluttered background
  • Main subject clear and large in frame
  • High resolution (at least 1500x1500 px) gives the best result
  • Avoid overly dark or overexposed photos
  • A sharp close-up photo works better than a large landscape shot

How long will it take to receive my package?
We create the pattern within 5–7 business days. We then ship it immediately.

What if my photo isn't good enough?
We manually review every photo. If there are any doubts, we will email you with a suggestion or ask for an alternative photo. No extra costs.

Can I also upload a drawing or illustration?
Yes, you can. A digital file with sharp lines works best.

How many hours will it take me to embroider?
30×40 cm: 15–20 hours — 40×50 cm: 25–35 hours — 50×70 cm: 40–60 hours.

Can I return the item?
As this is a personalized product, the right of withdrawal does not apply. In case of damaged delivery or errors, we will always resolve the issue.
